When to arrive
Day Guests: Please aim to arrive by 12:30pm, 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, for parking and seating.
Evening Guests: Please arrive at 7pm for the cake cutting and dancing.
What to wear
Suits & Smart dresses
Note: We would not recommend Stiletto heels as the venue has a lot of gravel and grass.
Food and Drink
The wedding breakfast is at 4pm; we recommend having something to eat before you arrive. Bubbles and canapes will be served at 2pm.
The cake will be cut at 7pm (Dairy-free, but contains nuts. Not vegan/GF).
A selection of evening food will be served from 9-10pm.
Bar: Cash and card bar available. Owlpen Manor is a licensed premises; Unless you are staying in on-site accomodation, please do not bring your own alcohol as this is not permitted by the venue.
Children's food
If you are bringing a child (under 16), please let us know your meal preference in the RSVP: Full adult portion, small adult portion, simple child meal (e.g. spag bol), or nothing if you prefer.
Gifts
While your presence is all the present we need, if you simply must get us something we would appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon in Granada, or something from the below lists:
Dogs & Swimming
Dogs: Welcome on-site if you are staying in accomodation on-site (must be on leads), but cannot enter the church or barns.
Wild Swimming: There is a large pond on-site for those staying in accommodation. Feel free to bring swimwear! Adults only
Plus-ones & Children
Anyone who is invited will be named on your invitation's envelope. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any plus-ones or additional guests.
